Initial commit

  This is the swtr application containing client side sweet maker and sweet
swagger.
Right now it starts with annotorious and simply making sweets.
This application should later take in Aloha editor, and other annotorious
plugins etc. and become the comprehensive SwtMaker+SwtSwagger (simply swtr)
